Buildings

Tuscany Villa

Tuscany Tower
Tuscany
Is very versatile.  First choose whether you want 1 story (the Villa), or 2 (the Tower). Then choose the combination of arched double doors and double arched windows that suits you best.  The shallow roof is terracotta tiles and has one vent, while the walls are stucco with stonework at the roof edge, hem, corners, and around the windows and doors.  The doors are wood, 5' wide; one even has a peephole with grill in it.  Both the Villa and the Tower match Lorenzo.

The Villa (One story version)
There are several different wall options available, with differing numbers of double arched wood doors and double arched windows. The windows have glass, and wood shutters, and the doors have hinges (there is even a peephole with a grill in one door!) The terracotta colored roof is painted to resemble tiles and has 1 vent; it's shallower than most of the pavilions and buildings we make. The walls resemble stucco with stonework at the corners and around the windows and doors.

15' x 15' x 10.5' tall.

The Tower (Two story version)
Standing up to 19' tall. The Tower is formed by a free-standing metal and wood platform with an opening for a ladder. The legs of the platform are adjustable up to 18", for uneven ground. The lower walls hang off this platform, and the main pavilion (the Villa, above) sits on it as the second story.

15' x 15' x up up 19' tall

Colby Colby
Is half-timbered on a stone foundation, with one door and 3 shuttered windows (none in the back). The windows have netting, glass and wood shutters, and there is a second exit hidden in the back wall. There is a stone chimney on the thatched roof, which conceals the roof vent.

10' x 20'.

Matthew Matthew
Has a shallow slate roof, and the stone walls are 10' tall with double lancet windows.  There is a 4' wide wood door and several concealed exits.  It matches Mark, and goes especially well with Luke and John (above).

12'6" x 12'6" x 14' tall.

Luke Luke
Has a gray slate roof that is shallower than most of the pavilions and buildings we make, so it butts properly against the side of Matthew or Mark (below); it butts well against the end of other pavilions like Colby, Murphy and Bruce (below).  There is a 4' wood door in front, and 3 windows  in the half-timbered side and back walls (not to mention a concealed back emergency exit)

10' x 10' x 9.6' tall.
