Faux buildings for many uses

These "buildings" are all canvas and paint, but they sure are fun! Unless otherwise noted, all windows have shutters, insect netting screens and clear "glass" all open completely if desired.
Some of the buildings have Dutch doors, with a top section and a lower section.
Others are double doors, with a left and a right section. All doors and shutters, whether "wood" or colored, are functional and have painted hinges, while the "stone, stucco or half-timbered" walls often have concealed emergency exits as well.
Roofs are "terracotta tiles, slate, wood shingles or thatch", some have "chimneys" of "stone or brick" or a "bell tower" that conceal roof vents!
In most cases, the walls can be re-arranged to put windows and doors in different positions.
The buildings can be used alone, or be put together in many different combinations, using rain gutters to be sure there are no leaks where the buildings butt together.

Katarina
Has a trellis of brown "wooden slats" sewn to a clear roof (to
keep water out) with a 1' brown
"wood beam" overhang on all four sides and 6" "wood
beams" to hide the legs. Clear walls are available to match.
Woody
Is a storage shed of rough wood planks with a sloping roof and
double doors in front. It's designed to sit against a building
between the guy ropes with the back extending under the buildings
overhang to keep the area between the two dry.
2' x 6' x 5'8" tall in back. $425 used
($450), Rental code I.

Smokey
Is a storage area that looks like a brick chimney. The
bottom 6'7" of the front closes on both sides with concealed
Velcro. Tuck it against a building between the guyropes, and gain
storage without loosing living area.
2 1/2' x 5' x 14' tall.
$610 used ($640), Rental code M.
John
Is just like Luke, except that there is no window in the back
wall.
10' x 10'. $1,710 used ($1,855 if new),
Rental code Z.

Fern
has a thatched roof and honey colored stone walls. There are
4 small windows, a dutch door, and a concealed emergency exit in the
back. Fern can butt against another building and goes well with
Katerina.
12.5' x 13'. $1,995 used ($2,100 if new),
Rental code 2C.

Keith
Amazes even us! The tall version has 2 roof lines and is about 15'
tall. But the upper wall and lower roof (plus the matching
frame parts) can be left off during set-up, to keep it about 12'
high. Even the taller version will fit inside most convention
halls, and it will certainly command attention! For camping
events, you can build a loft inside for use for sleeping or
storage. There are 4 doors.
25' x 25' (contact us for pricing on this used
pavilion) Rental code XX.

Murphy
Is light brey stone with a dark grey slate roof and a stone chimney to
conceal the roof vent. There are 2 Dutch doors; the 3 windows have
glass, netting and shutters.
Bruce
Is another half-timbered building, with 2 Dutch doors (one in the back
wall), 4 windows (none in the back wall), a dark grey slate roof, and a stone chimney hiding the roof vent.
12.5' x 25' x 13'
tall. $3,125 ($3,390 if new), Rental code
2O.

Lorenzo
Matches Tuscany villa and tower (above). This pavilion also has several options for the combination of doors and windows
(see the description of Tuscany above).
There is a brick chimney concealing the roof vent.
15' x 22.5' x 10.5; tall. $3,450
($3,740 if new),
Rental code 2R.

Theobald
Has tan fish scale shingles over half-timbered walls. The walls
are about 5" taller than most of our pavilions. 4 of
the 12 wals have windows (glass but no netting), and 2 have red
doors. Hang the walls as you please-with the walls removed it
resembles a market building fro the middle ages. There are 2
concealed roof vents. Theobald goes especially well with Katerina.
15" x 30' x 14' tall. So new we haven't
priced it yet
