Period Pavilions™ - Cottages and Castles, Churches and Chapels, Shops, Manors and More!

These "buildings" all canvas and paint, but they sure are fun!  Unless otherwise noted, all windows have shutters, insect netting screens and clear "glass" all open completely if desired.  Some of the buildings have Dutch doors, with a top section and a lower section.  Others are double doors, with a left and a right section.  All doors and shutters, whether "wood" or colored, are functional and have painted hinges, while the "stone, stucco or half-timbered" walls often have concealed emergency exits as well.   Roofs are "terracotta tiles, slate, wood shingles or thatch", some have "chimneys" of "stone or brick" or a "bell tower" that conceal roof vents!  In most cases, the walls can be re-arranged to put windows and doors in different positions.  The buildings can be used alone, or be put together in many different combinations, using rain gutters to be sure there are no leaks where the buildings butt together.

Katarina Katarina
Has a trellis of brown "wooden slats" sewn to a clear roof (to keep water out) with a 1' brown "wood beam" overhang on all four sides and 6" "wood beams" to hide the legs.  Clear walls are available to match.

7 1/2' x 15 wide
$400 ($525 if new), Rental code J.

Woody Woody
Is a storage shed of rough wood planks with a sloping roof and double doors in front.  It's designed to sit against a building between the guy ropes with the back extending under the buildings overhang to keep the area between the two dry.

2' x 6' x 5'8" tall in back.
$425 used ($450 if new), Rental code I.

Smokey Smokey
Is a storage area that looks like a brick chimney.  The bottom 6'7"; of the front closes on both sides with concealed Velcro.  Tuck it against a building between the guy ropes, and gain storage without loosing living area.
(Shown with Fern.)

2 1/2' x 5' x 14' tall.
$610 ($640 if new) Rental code M.

Is based on an octagonal market building, and will look great with the walls up, or left off.  Three windows, 1 door and 2 roof vents help keep her cool.

7 1/2' on each side (she fits into a square just over 18' x 18') about 14' tall.

John John
Has a gray slate roof that is shallower than most of the pavilions and buildings we make, so it could butt properly against the side of Matthew or Mark; it butts well against the end of other pavilions like Colby, Murphy and Bruce.  There is a 4' wood door in front, and 2 windows in the half-timbered side walls (not to mention a concealed back emergency exit).

10' x 10'
$1,710 ($1,855 if new) Rental code Z.

is a gem of a cottage, with a thatched roof, light stone walls, and heraldic shutters on the two windows.  The shutters can be replaced with ones in your heraldic colors or designs.  There is one Dutch door and a concealed emergency exit in the back.  The walls can be arranged with the door in the front, or side.

10' x 10',
$1,750 ($1,900 if new) Rental code 2A.

Keith Keith
Amazes even us!  The tall version has 2 roof lines and is about 15' tall.  But the upper wall and lower roof (plus the matching frame parts) can be left off during set-up, to keep it about 12' high.  Even the taller version will fit inside most convention halls, and it will certainly command attention!  For camping events, you can build a loft inside for use for sleeping or storage.  There are 4 doors.

25' x 25'
(contact us for pricing on this used pavilion)

Is light grey stone with a roof of grey fish scale shingles.  One regular door, 1 Dutch door, 3 windows and 2 roof vents allow plenty of ventilation.

10' x 15'
$1,995 ($2,200 if new), Rental code 2D.

/ Lilo
has half-timbered walls and a light wood shingled roof with a concealed roof vent at one end.  There are 2 wooden dutch doors, plus 4 small windows; the walls can be arranged 3 ways.

10' x 20'

Otto Otto
Is expandable – it can be adjusted a bit in width, and can be almost any length desired.

Otto has a slate roof and half-timbered walls.  Otto can be set up either 17’ or 19’ wide, depending on the roof ends and joints we use.  Either version can be any length from 20’ to 70’, in 10’ increments.  And since we are making 2 sets of ends for each depth, we will soon be able to assemble up to four separate pavilions from the pieces.

We made sure each has all the bells and whistles we could put in.  There are lots of large windows in the walls, and large vents in each roof end piece, help keep the pavilion as cool as possible.  The vents and windows close from inside the pavilion (no having to go out in the rain to close them!).

The possibilities are almost endless!  No more finding the pavilion is too big or too small for any given event.  Otto goes beautifully with the canopy called Katarina.

Rental pricing depends on which length is used – prices range from Rental code 2R for 20’ long, to Rental code 3G for 70’ long.  Call for an exact quote for the size desired.
