Instant Decoration

We have colorful heraldic banners and overhangs available for rental in some circumstances. These are useful for instant decoration of our plainer pavilions.

Clear walls and Insect netting walls

These can replace canvas walls to allow more visibility or air.  These must be quoted according to the specific size needed for purchase or rental.

Interior Curtains to divide the pavilion

These can be hung on existing cross bars or ropes strung where desired.  Many different sizes, colors and decoration patterns are available - call for details and quotes.

Floor Tarps

Made of a heavy fabric coated on both sides with vinyl, these are very sturdy and totally waterproof but won’t feel clammy.  We have tarps to match almost all of our pavilions, some new, some used.  Odd shapes, like rounds and octagonals, are priced like the smallest rectangle they would fit into.

• 10' x 10' - $160 used, $175 new,  Rental Code D.
• 10' x 15' - $240 used, $265 new,  Rental Code E.
• 10' x 17.5' - $280 used, $310 new,  Rental Code F.
• 10' x 20' - $315 used, $350 new,  Rental Code G.
• 10' x 25' - $395 used, $450 new,  Rental Code H.
• 10' x 30' - $525 used, $745 new,  Rental Code K.

Mud Flaps

These extend 6" up the inside of the wall and 6" under the tarp, to keep flowing, blowing, or dripping water out.  Being separate from the wall, wet or muddy flaps can be packed separately from the walls, and washed and dried easier after an event.  $1.55 per foot to purchase, new; used flaps are sometimes available

• Pavilion circumference over 65', Rental Code D.

Rain Gutters and Down Spouts

To connect two pavilions, or a pavilion and a canopy; $4.15 per running foot to purchase, new.  Down spouts are $26 each to purchase, new.  Used gutters and down spouts are sometimes available.

• Gutter length up to 13', with two downspouts, Rental Code B.
• Gutter length 13' and over, with two downspouts, Rental Code C.
